- If you want to have a spiral or curved staircase, concrete stairs is the best option for this design. The advantage of these kinds of stairs is that it is durable and strong.
- Metal staircase ensures strength. This is another space saving option. The only disadvantage is that metal, to some, may not hold much aesthetic appeal.
- Glass stairs reflect modern style. The space gets a light and transparent feel as a result of this material.
