1. How can I register myself on Homeonline.com ?

It's very easy. Follow these simple steps to register:
  • Click on "Signin" tab available on the top right side of the webpage.
  • Click on "Signup" option from the available drop-down list.
  • Fill all your details
  • Then click on "Signup"

2. How much do I have to pay to register on Homeonline.com?

Absolutely nothing! Registration on Homeonline.com is completely FREE

3. How can I retrieve my password?

It's very easy. Follow these simple steps to register:
  • Click on "Signin" tab available on the top right side of the webpage.
  • Click on "Forgot Password"
  • Enter your registered Email ID and Submit
  • Password will be sent to your Email

4. Can I create multiple accounts using the same mobile number and email ID as in my previous account?

No, only unique email ID and mobile number can be used for registering on the website. But these can be used as alternate mobile number and email ID after creating the new profile.

5. Can I use same Mobile Number and Email ID after deactivating the old account?

Yes, you can use the mobile number and Email ID again for creating a new account on Homeonline.com

6. What is the procedure to deactivate my account?

An Email from your registered Email ID needs to be sent on support@homeonline.com to deactivate your account. You can also call on our helpline number 1800 200 7071 from your registered mobile number, or submit a feedback on the website to deactivate your account

7. Can I convert my profile from Individual to Agent / Builder or vice versa?

In order to change the profile type, you can send an email to services@homeonline.com from your registered email Id with supporting documents for the requested change.

8. How can I edit my profile details?

  • Log in to your "Homeonline" account.
  • Place a cursor "My Account" on the Menu Bar
  • Click on "Your Profile" available under "My Account"
  • Click on "Edit Profile"
  • You can make the desired changes towards your profile on "Edit Profile" page and click on "Update Profile".

9. How can I add / edit my profile photo?

  • Log in to your "Homeonline" account.
  • Place a cursor "My Account" on the Menu Bar
  • Click on "Your Profile" available under "My Account"
  • Click on "Edit Profile"
  • Click on the image thumbnail and upload your photo
Note : Photo type should be : jpg,png,jpeg and size cannot exceed : 1.5MB. ( Dimensions : Width:101px Height:101px )
Post & Search Property:

1. How do I search for property?

It's very simple:
  • Just Go to Homeonline.com
  • Click on "Home Search".
  • Select your "Location", "Property Type"
  • Enter your "Location" and Search

2. How should I post a property to Sell / Rent on Homeonline.com?

It's very simple:
  • Signup on Homeonline.com or Login if you are already signed up
  • Place your cursor on Home Search Tab on the Menu Bar.
  • Click on "Sell / Rent Properties"
  • Fill all your details
  • Upload your property photos (High Resolution Photos recommended )
  • Click on "Publish"

3. How can I monitor my activity?

You can click on "My Activity" to view all your activities

4. When can I find my property under search results?

A Property listing usually takes maximum 24 working hours to get screened and become visible on the Property Search Results Page. Once your property listing is screened, it will automatically be visible on Homeonline.

5. After posting the property, how will I know if somebody is interested in my property?

Every time when a potential buyer is interested in your property, you will be notified via Email with provided basic details like Name, Phone No and Email ID of a buyer In addition to it, you will also receive an SMS every time when a potential buyer shows interest on your property.
